As you know most years I ask for payment for the speakers or hiring of venues etc…. To make this year extra special I have organised Johannes from Breathless Experience who will lead us through an epic immersion process and I ask our clients for a minimal charge of $47 to cover for the logistics for his helpers, ice and preparation of ice baths. If you would like to bring a guest by all means please we can organise a special rate of $147 per person for the complete day event including workbook, resources and the immersion process.

Arrive at 8:00am to grab a coffee. We start at 8:30am sharp. We finish at 4:00pm.

Tablet, Ipad, notebook, pen. We will give you handouts and pen.

Whatever you feel comfortable in. I will probably be in jeans and shirt. Do whatever feels right for you.
