Having an assistant and how you extract the most from your assistant daily is daunting to some agents. Not having a clear plan or job description can take a lot of time, energy and dollar productivity from the agent.

This program is designed to have the assistant develop excellent systems and effective and efficient procedures for an agent’s business. Focused on supporting the agent by knowing what they want and being very clear on why they want it.

Agents should spend 80% of their time creating income and 20% servicing that income, so that underlying support is critical to making their business a success. Claudio will monitor and track the assistant’s progress to ensure they become more efficient and profitable for the agent.
